The DATAgility consulting and services team is managed by Denise Keating and Ed Heon, representing many years of helping manufacturers provide accurate, rich, current product data and synchronization with their channel partners.
Denise and Ed have worked in industrial manufacturing and distributor ecommerce applications, including inventory collaboration and data management positions. During this time, they were active contributors to the development of EDI and data standards in the Electro Supply industry. Their work supported the formation of one of the first successful industry product data warehouses.
Most recently, Denise and Ed spearheaded the use of PIES as a required foundation for a number of successful standards-based initiatives between Industry channel partners. Through this work, DATAgility has gained expertise in partner requirements. Ed teaches the PIES classes at Northwood University. As part of a recent class, Ed and Denise presented the results of their highly successful programs with several of their channel partners, including a full Industry standards program with a leading manufacturer.
